Nathaniel Andrew< no role > of Lime Street London Gentleman maketh
Oath and saith that he this Deponent did on Thursday the Eighth
day of April Instant serve Mr. Shaw Church Warden of the Parish
of Saint Bennett Gracechurch London (as this Deponent was
informed and believes) with a Notice in writing, purporting that
the then next General Quarter Session of the Peace to be held
for the City of London at the Guildhall of the said City against
an Order of Removal dated the twenty fifth day of March last
under the Hands and Seals of the Right Honorable Robert
Peckham
< no role > . Mayor and John Boydell< no role > Esquire and Alderman
Two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said City and
Liberties thereof, Whereby Mary< no role > the Wife of William Dunn< no role >
(who had deserted her,) with her Child named William< no role > aged
two Months, was removed from the Parish of Saint Bennett
Grace church to the said Parish of Saint Dionis Back church
as the last legal Settlement of the said Mary by
delivering the said notice to a Clerk of the said Mr. Shaw
as his the said Mr. Shaw's Counting house in Fenchunch
Street London , and the said Mr. Shaw afterward acknowledg'd
to this Deponent to have received the same
