and Liberties thereof in their General Quarter Sessions of the
Peace assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of Sharnbrook in the County of Bedford .

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order of Removal under
the Hands and Seals of Sir Thomas Hallifax< no role > and Sir William Plomer< no role >
Knights , two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City of
London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum, bearing date
the Twenty eighth day of April one Thousand seven hundred and
eighty four. Jeremiah Coles< no role > and Elizabeth< no role > his Wife with them
two Children namely Elizabeth aged Nine years and Mary< no role > aged
Eight Months, were Removed from and out of the Parish of Saint
Bride in the City of London to the said Parish of Sharnbrook in the
County of Bedford at the Place of the last legal Settlement of the
said Jeremiah Coles< no role > , whereby your Petitioners conceive themselves
to be aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore most humbly Pray
this Honble and Worshipful Court will be pleased to
hear and determine the Matter of the said Appeal
to Law and Justice shall appertain.
