Poor of the Parish of Alhallows Markin in the
City of London , and the
Church-Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Saint Stephen in Coleman Street
in the said City
and to every of them.

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made Us, two
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City of
London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum, by
Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Alhallows Barkin
London , That Ann< no role > the Wife of Michael Dunning< no role > who is gone from
her and her three Children Namely Catherine < no role > aged Ten years, Ann
aged Eight years and Michael< no role > aged three years were
lately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtain'd
any legal Settlement there, and were likely to become charge-
able thereto, unless timely prevented, which Complaint We
the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof, as well upon
the Oath of Ann Dunning the Another as other wise, do
adjudge to be true; and we do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the said Ann Dunning and her said three
Children
to be said Parish of Saint Stephen in Coleman Street
and that hitherto they ought by Law to be sent.

These are therefore in His Majesty's Name to will and re-
quire you the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Alhallows Barker
London , forthwith to remove and convey the said Ann Dunning< no role >
and her said three Children
from and out of your said Parish, unto the said Parish of
Saint Stephen in Coleman Street
And them deliver unto the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them , together with this
our Order, who is and are hereby required to receive and pro-
vide for them according to Law. Given under our Hands
and Seals, this 13th Day of September One Thousand
Seven Hundred and Eighty four
