Who being upon Oath says, and first the said Benjamin Jones< no role >
saith that he is a Proctor
in Doctors Commons
that in the forenoon
of the 27th day of October last a person now present who calls himself
Thomas Wagg< no role >
came to this Informants Office and delivered to him the Will
now produced-that said Thomas Wagg< no role >
said it was the Will of
Charles Lightowler< no role >
and that he wanted to prove said Will-That
the Jurate was written at the back of said Will by one of this
Informant
s Clerks and said Wagg was sworn to the truth of the
said Will and that it was the last will and Testament of the
said Charles Lightowler< no role >
. That said Wagg then went away promising
to return again ina day or two for the Probate. That about
four or five days afterwards said Wagg came again in Company
with said Richard Burgess< no role >
. That said Wagg was asked for the Money
to pay the Fees for the Probate by this Informant
, to which he
replied that he had brought that Gentleman
, meaning the said

to pay for the Same and said Burgess paid
two Guinea for [..] the Bussiness being done and [..]
was to call the day after for the Probate. That the next day being
a Holiday at the Public Office, nothing could be done. That on
the Saturday following they again came when they were informed
that an Administration had been granted to the Month of the
