at the General Quarter Sessions held in and for
the City of London aforesaid

The Humble Petition of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Chigwell in the
County of Essex

Sheweth

That by an Order or Pass Warrant under the
hands & seals of Sir wm. Plomer< no role > that and John Hart< no role > Esqr
two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace in and for the
said City bearing Date the 22d. day of May last past
Martha< no role > the Wife of John Travells< no role > was removed from and
out of the Parish of Saint Master Ironmonger Lane London
to the Parish of Chigwell aforesaid as the place of her
last legal Settlement

That your Petitioners finding themselves
aggrieved by the said Order or Warrant of Removal County
by leave to Appeal thereto & that they may have
such relief in the premisses as the nature of the care
may require and the said Order set aside

And your Petrs. shall ever pray Etc.
