To the Right Honorable the Lord Mayor< no role >
of the City of London , and the rest of
his Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the Peace for
the said City, in their General Session
of the Peace assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Overseers of the Poor of the Liberty of Saffron
Hill Hatton Garden and Ely Rents, in the
Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn in the
County of Middlesex .

Sheweth


That by an Order under the hands & Seals of
the Rt. Honorable Nathl. Newnham and Barnd
Turner Esquires , two of his Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the
Peace in and for the said City of London (one
being of the Quorum) bearing date the twenty ninth
day of January last Elizabeth Clifton< no role > Singlewoman
was removed from the Parish of Christ Church in
the said City of London to the said Liberty of
Saffron Hill Hutton Garden and Ely Rents as the
place of the last legal Settlement of the said
Elizabeth Clifton< no role > , whereby your Petitioners conceive
themselves to be aggrieved, and against the said
Order do appeal;

Your Petitioner therefore most
humbly pray relief the premises
and that you Worships will
be pleased to appoint some day
in the present Session for the
hearing and determining this
their and Appeal

And your petitioner shall
ever pray Etc.
