The humble petition of the Overseers of the poor of
of the Townships of Aston
Juxta Budworth in the
parish of Great
Budworth in the County of Chester
on behalf of themselves and the other Inhabitants
of the said Townships
Sheweth
That by an Order under the Hands and Seals of your Lordship
and

. Two of his Majesties Justices of the peace
for the City of London
and Liberties of
William Moore< no role >
Margaret his Wife
and their Five Children namely

aged Thirteen Years and upwards Harriott aged Eleven Years and
upwards Mary aged Six Years and upwards

aged Two
Years and upwards and
Elizabeth< no role >
aged Three Months were
removed from the parish of Saint Andrews Holborn
London to
the said Township of Aston
as the place of their last legal
Settlement
That your petitioners Conceive that the place of the last
lastlegal Settlement of the said William Moore< no role >
his Wife
and
Five Children is not in the said Township of Aston
And
therefore beg lease to appeal and do hereby appeal to the
said Order And humbly pray the they may have such
Relief in the premises as to your Lordship and his
Majesty's
said other Justices may seem meet and
according to Law
And your petitioners will ever pray Etc
