of the City of London , and the
Worshipful the Alderman his
Majesty's Justices of the Peace for
the same City, at their General
Quarter Sessions of the Peace assembled

The Humble Petition of
the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of
Saint Michael Royal , London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order, or
Pass Warrant, under the Hands and Seals of two of
his Majesty< no role > 's Justices of t he Peace for the said
City one whereof being of the Quorum, bearing date
the tenth day of January Instant Henry Eve< no role > and
MarySarah his Wife were removed from the Parish
of Saint Gregory by Saint Paul's within the said
City of London , to the said Parish of Saint Michael
Royal, as the Place of their last legal Settlement
whereby your Petitioners conceive themselves to be
aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore beg
leave to appeal against the said
Order of the said two Justices, and
that the Benefit of the said
Appeal may be saved unto them,
and that the Hearing and
Determination thereof may be
adjourned untill the next
General Session of the Peace
to be holden For the said City.

And your Petitioners will ever Pray Etc.
