Day of October last he was possessed of Seven Hundred and
Fifty Pounds in the four per Cent Consoled Annuites at
the Bank of England
that on application made at the Bank
this Day by Informant to Transfer a Part of the Said [..] Amount
he found that the Same had been transferred in his Name
by some other Person without Informants knowledge
or Convent

came to him in the Returned in the Bank and
desired Informant wod. sell Seven hundred and fifty pounds
four perCent Consolidated Annuites for him that Informant

, that
Prisoner
went with, Informant into the four perCent
Annuity Office [..] unto the Transfer Book
where Prisoner in Informant presence signed the
Name of Character Thos. Eaton in the Transfer Book
unto the Receipt for the Consideration Money paid
for the said Annuites and was at that time paid
by Informant in [..] Bank Notes and Cark the amount
of the said Annuiters so by him Sold
