Who on his Oath Says that a Bill of Exchange now produced
purporting to be the Bill of Exchange of the Governor and Council
of Fort Marlboro for the Payment of Three thousand and forty
nine Pounds Sterling to Robert Marsfield< no role > Esqr . or Order in London
at Twelve Months sight on the Honble. the Court of Director's
of the United English East India Company London and dated
Fort Marlbro 31st July 1781 is false forged and counterfeit
as well as the Acceptance thereto Purporting to be the Ac-
ceptance of this Informant.
