Saith That on Wednesday the Twelfth day of March
Instant between seven and Eight O'Clock in the Evening his Coachhouse in Finsbury Yard
was broke
open and Entered and one [..] door Glass of a Chariot belonging to John Smalley< no role >
therein
was cut out of the said Chariot. And this [..] Informant John Smalley< no role >
Saith that the said Glass cut out of the Chariot as above setforth
was the Property of him this Informant, And this informant

further Saith that Thomas Brown< no role >
now under Examination is
the Person that cut the said door Glass out of the said Chariot and was
apprehended by him in the said Coachhouse
