Guildhall in and for the said City at the Generall
Quarter Sessions of the peace on Monday the

year of the Reign of him Majesty King George the 3d.

The Humble Petition and appeal of
the Church Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Saint Sepulcher London

Sheweth

That by a Warrant or Order of Removal under
the hand and seals of Sir William Plomer< no role > knight Lord
Mayor of the City of London and Sir Thomas Hallifax< no role >
Knight two of his Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the Peace in and
for the said City of London and liberties thereof one
whereof being of the Quorum being date the
twenty Sixth day of September One Thousand seven
Hundred and Eighty two Elizabeth the Widow of William
Gibson was removed and conveyed from and out
of the Parish of saint Ann Black Friars to the said Parish
of Saint Sepulchre London as the place of her Legal
settlement

Your Petitioners thinking themselves
aggrieved by the said Warrant or Order of
Removal at of the said two Justices appeal to
this Court against the same and humbly
pray that the said appeal may be
adjourned to the next General Sessions
of the Peace
