The King on the Prosecution of Jonathan Tatnell< no role >
against Joshua Whitehorn< no role > .

Henry Addison< no role > of Grace Church Street in the City
of London Linen Draper Maketh Oath that being bound
in a Recognizance of Ten pounds by Alderman [..] Henry.
Hitchin Esquire on or about the 23rd. day of October last to appear at the
present Sessions to give Evidence against the Prisoner Joshua
Whtehorn
< no role > for Stealing half a yard of Dimothy and two
yards of Linen as alledged to be the Property of the said
Jonathan Tatnell< no role > he this Deponent in pursuance of Guild
recognizance did Accordingly duly attend at the present
Sessions and was ready to give Evidence against the said
Prisoner before the Grand Jury and this Honourable Court
but the said Prosecutor did not Attend to or prefer any
Bill of Indictment before the said Grand Jury or hath be
prosecuted the said Prisoner, to the knowledge a belief
of this Deponent
