and the Prisoner were in Conversation, a silk Cloak
was hanging in the middle of the Room, of the
Value of Five ShillingsWhen Informant
returned with the Liquor, the Prisoner was gone
and the Cloak missingSays, she is satisfied in
her own Mind, that the Prisoner Feloniously
took away the Cloak, and contrived to send her for
the Liquor, for the Purpose of having an
Opportunity to steal the Cloak in manner aforesaid
