the said County Dealer William
Danity of White Cross Street St.
Luker Pawn broker Elizth. the
Wife of Saml. Wood< no role > of Cross Alley
White Cross Street [..] Cordwainer
and Ann Davis< no role > servant to Mr.
Barbaras Good< no role > at the Anchor and
Crown Moorfield, Vistr. taken on
Oath before me John Staples< no role > Esqr
one of His Majesty< no role > 's Justices of
The Peace in and for the said
County this 29th. day of October
1782.

And First This Informant Emanuel Moses< no role >
for himself saith that he lives and has a Room or
apartments in the Dwelling House of one abm
Levy of Fastwon Street Spitalfields That on
the Fourteenth day of October instanthe went
outabout Eight o'Clock in the Morning he
went from his said Room or Apartments to
follow his lawful occasions and locked the
Door after him That he returned Hence between
the Hours of four and five in the afternoon
of the same Day & found but sd Room had been
broke open and the following things taken
and carried from and out of the same vizt.
Six Brass Candlesticks one Womans Gown
Two Shifts one Shirt one Mortar One Pair of
Linen Streets and a Quantity of White Faint
Glass That the two Brass Candlestick now
produced are the property of him this Informant
and were taken and carried away out of his
Room at the time aforesaid

This Informant William Danity [..] for himself
Oathsaith that on or about the Sixteenth
day of October just The Person now present
who call, herself [..] Bacon Pawned
With him the said two Brass Candlesticks
in the Mane of [..] Wood for the
[..] of one Shillings
