London Merchant and Nicholas Albert [..] Martinus< no role >
Servant to the said Edward Semeon< no role > and Company
Taken this 20th August 1782

Informant Nicholas Albert [..] Martinus< no role > saith that
on Monday Morning last the Prisoner Samuel Burton< no role > who was
occasionally employed as a Porter in the Warehouse of Messrs..
Thellusson and Compan [..] came to Informant and askt him for
The Keys of Mr. Thellussors Cellar [..] saying he had been
ordered to bottle of three dozen of red Port Wine That Informant
gave the Prisoner the Keys and he there [..] upon went into the Cellar
That some time afterwards [..] went into the Coller to the
Prisoner Baston and then [..] the Prisoner William Ashbey< no role >
in Company with Buston in the Cellar

Informant Edward Lemoon< no role > saith That Yesterday
Morning he saw the Prisoner William Ashbey going out of
Mr. Thellussors House< no role > a Philpst Lane< no role > with a Puckle on his
Shoulder which led Informant to suspect that he had stolen something
out of the House. That Informant followed the Prisoner and askt
him of he had been assisting the Prisoner Buston to Bottle Wine
that the [..] Prisoner Ashbey [..] lied he had not that Informant
there askt him of he had any Wine in his Puckle. That Ashby
sayd he did not know. That Informant askt him where he was
going with the Puckle that he answered he was going to the Three
Tons in Billings Gate where he was to have the Puckle by
the order of Baston - That Informant then desired that he would
