became forfeited And this Deponent further Saith that
the Default of the Tryal of this Cause pursuant to the
Condition of his Recognizance was no wise wilfull or by
any means wishing is wade Justice this Deponent having
taken such stops as he thought [..] requivite and
necessary to prevent it and Saith that he is ready and
willing to go to Tryal the next September Sessions if the
Come will permit and humbly hopes mrker all the
circumstances of this Case the Court will be inclimed to
Order the Recognizance of this Deponent and his Bail
in the mean time to be Respected until the next Sessions
