Informant Robert Davis< no role >
saith that on Tuesday last the
Prisoner
Francis Doyle< no role >
came to this Informants House for or
Suit of Clothes which Informant [..] direction to make for him
That the Prisoner then told Informant that he had a Friend that
wantedsundrysundry Articles of Silk and Velverets and other
things in which the Informant David Davis< no role >
dealt in That
Informant thereupon sent to Informant David Davis< no role >
and desired
him to bring the Goods [..] Informant had the Patterns
and had shewn to the Prisoner That said Informant David
Davis soon afterwards came to Informant House with sundry
Goods Particularized in the annext Bill of Parcels which were
share to the Prisoner That Informant David Davis< no role >
soon afterwards
went out leaving the Prisoner behind him, but before he returned
Informant saw the Prisoner go out and takewiththe Goods under his
Arm

for himself saith that having
been sent to by the said other Informant he went with the
Goods mentioned in the annext Bill of Parcels to his House and
there shewed them to the Prisoner and Robert Reynolds< no role >
a Person
in Company with him that Reynolds sayd he liked the Goods
and would buy them if Informant would take the Note now
