The King on the prosecution of John Wells< no role >
agt.
Edward Harris< no role > }
for Hare stealing

John Wells< no role > of High Wycombe in the County
at Buckingham the prosecutor maketh Oath
that having been bound by Recognizance to
Attend [..] the Session to prosecute the above
named Edward Harris< no role > for Stealing his this
Deponent Horse he this Deponent in Confirmity
thereto hath Attended the Court fromTwo
Wednesday last until this Day in order to have
Prosecuted and convicted the said Edward
Harris for such Offence and this Deponent
finds that notwithstanding he duly Attended
for the purpose aforesaid the said Edward
Harris hath been Discharged for want of
prosecution and this Deponent further saith
he hath not been induced to neglectthe
to prosecute the said Edward Harris< no role > by and
pecuniary Satisfaction a [..] by him
received but that his Discharge happened
from this Deponents not being able to
get into Court to answer when required to
Prosecute .
