twenty sixth day of June last personally serve a true
Copy of the Notice of Trial hereunto annexed upon
Robert Messenger< no role > one of the persons whose name is
indorsed upon the Bill of Indictment found on this
Prosecution and who appears to be one of the persons on
whose Oath the Grand Jury found the said Bill And
that he this Deponent did on Friday the twenty eighth
day of the said Month of June last also personally
Serve Joseph Wright< no role > and Samuel Card< no role > the two other
persons on whose Oath the Grand Jury found the said
Bill of Indictmentwitheach with a true Copy of
the said annexed Notice of Trial which said Notice
hath not since been countermanded to the best of
this Deponents knowledge and belief
