Taken this 15th April 1782
Informant Henry Hammelbury saith that between six and Seven
o Clock on Saturday Evening last he was sent by his Father with a
Coal and Breeches
to Mr Raschel in Poultney Lane and in Cannon Street
he was accosted by the Prisoner Samuel Levy< no role >
who say'd to Informant
you little Dog where have you been you have been Playing by
the Way they sent you an Hour use, and thereupon took the Coat
and Breeches
of Informants Ann, and told him to being the Waist was
And Breeches to be know Morning-Informant then cleared the
Prisoner
to give him the Rapper in which the Coal and Breeches
were enclosed, whereupon the Prisoner returned the whole to Informant
and he went on therewith to Lawrence Poultney Lane where the
Prisoner again took them from him and run by Mr Rasch's
Door whereupon Informant cryed out stop Thief and the Prisoner
then returned and delivered the Clothes to Informant and Ran of
but was soon afterwards apprehended by Richard Truelove< no role >

saith that being in Lawrence Poultney Lane
on Saturday Evening last he saw the Prisoner take from the said
others Informant a Bundle [..]
