for himself saith, that about eleven
O'Clock last Night, he was returning home through
Saint Paul's Church Yard
, the Prisoner at the

who appeared to be in company with the other

came up to him and
accosted him-Says, that he saw

her hand into his Coat Pocket, and take out a linen
handkerchief, and give it to the other Prisoner

for himself saith, that he saw a red and white
Handkerchief said by the other Examinant to be thrown from the Prisoner Mary
Sanders to some Woman in Company and afterwards to saw it in the hand of the other Prisoner
