Election into the said Office untill the Day of the taking of this Inquisition
(altho often requested) and alsoon the said Monday next after the Feast
of the Epiphany at London aforesaid to wit at the Parish last aforesaid
in the Ward aforesd in London aforesaid to make his Appearance as afsd
or to make any such Presentment as aforesaid or his said Office in any
manner to execute Voluntarily obitinately and Contemptuously hath
altogether refused and denied and aged doth refuse and deny against
him said Duty in man [..] sent Contempt of our said Lord the
King and his Laws To the bad Examples of altogether in the like Case
offending And against the Peace of our said Lord the King his Crown
and Dignity And the Jurors Aforesaid upon their Oath
aforesaid further present that the said Alexander Anderson< no role > Thomas Cook< no role > on the said
21st day of December in the 21st16th.Year aforesaid and long before and
always after untill the Day of the taking of this Inquisition was
Inhabiting and Resiant paying Scott and bearing Lot within the said
Parish of Saint Christopher be Stocks in the Ward of Broad Street Dewgate afsd.in
