to be one of the Inquest called the Wardmote Inquest for and within
the said Ward for one whole Year then next ensuing by the Men
Inhabiting and Resaint paying Scott and bearing Lott within the said
Ward whereof the said Alexander Anderson< no role > Thomas Cook< no role > afterwards to wit on the said 21st
day of December in the16th.21st year aforesd and at divers other Days and
times at London aforesaid that is to say at the Parish last aforesaid
in the Ward aforesd had Notice Nevertheless the said Alexander AndersonThomas
Cook
little regarding his Duty in this behalf but endeavouring and
intending as much as in him lay totally to hinder and retard the due
Execution of Justice from the said 21st day of Decr in the16th.21st year aforesaid to
the Day of the Taking of this Inquisition hath voluntarity obstinately and
Contemphiously wholly refused denied and neglecte to take upon himself the
Office of one of the Wardmote Inquest against his said Duty to wit at London
aforesaid in the Parish last aforesaid in the Ward aforesaid In manifest
Contempt and delay of Justice To the bad Example of all other
in the like Case offending and against the Peace of
said Lord the King his Crown and Dignity
