The Informations of Daniel Adams< no role > of No 106
in the Mariner London Linen Draper Thomas Frankland< no role >
of No 129 Fore Street Cripple Gate in the said City
Glass Engraver Thomas Taylor< no role > at Mr. Cathrow of the
Minories Haberdasher and Croft Jackson< no role > of
the Minories Haberdasher Taken in Writing and upon
Oath before me Sir Thomas Hallifax< no role > Knight one
of the Aldermen of the City of London this 26th
day of April 1781

First the Informants Thomas Frackland and Thomas Taylor< no role >
say that being within a few Doors of the sd other Informant Daniel
Adams's House< no role > in the Minories they observed the sd prisoner William
Bruce going into the Shop and immediately returned with the Piece
of Lumen now Produced in his Hand which upon his comming out
he put under his Coat that Informant [..] Thomas Taylor< no role > laid Hold
of him said by his Coat and said other Informant cried out stop Thief
that thereupon the Prisoner threw this Piece of Linenwhichinto the
Kendle which was taken up by the said other Informant Croft
CroftedJackson

The Informant Daniel Adams< no role > saith that the Piece of
Linen taken by the Prisoner and now Produced is by Property

The InformantCraepd Croft Jackson< no role > saith that being at
his Shop Door which is situated near the said Informant Daniel Adams< no role > 's
Shop in the Minories Yesterday Evening about a Quarter past Eight
he heard the Cry of Stop Thief and saw the Prisoner Pursued by the said
Informants Thomas Frankland< no role > and Thomas Taylor< no role > and that
