to a corner of the Waggon, with Intent as
Informant thought to take something

tha he Followed the Prisoner, and perceived
the Prisoner take the wicker Flat now produced,
which then contained one hundred and Fifty
EggsSays, that the Prisoner run about
thirty Yards, and Informant followed him and
apprehended him with the Flat in his Possession,
which he immediately dropt.
