keeper Who being on Oath saith, that on Friday
Morning last about Four O'Clock, he was unleading a
Waggon at the saidInnJune when he saw John Harden< no role >
the Prisoner now under Examination, running
to a corner of the Waggon, with Intent as
Informant thought to take somethingoutSays
tha he Followed the Prisoner, and perceived
the Prisoner take the wicker Flat now produced,
which then contained one hundred and Fifty
EggsSays, that the Prisoner run about
thirty Yards, and Informant followed him and
apprehended him with the Flat in his Possession,
which he immediately dropt.
