the Right Honble Brackley Kennett< no role >
Esq . Lord Mayor< no role > of the City of London and
Robert Peckham< no role > Esquire of the
Alderman of the said Citythis 13th
day of June 1780 Deposeth and saith

That about Ten o Clock on Tuesday Night the 6th Instant
the Prisoner Richard Hyde< no role > came into the Lodge of the
Person which was then broke open with several others
and walked about with a Cutlass in his Hand also called
Informant one of Akerman Thieves and that he Prisoner
wod cut his Threat and kill his Master that the Cutlasse
was Taken from him and that he afterwards gol
Stick with which he Paraded about the Prison and
Used his former Threats
