Deposeth and saith

That [..] about 112 past 10 oClock at Night on Tuesday the
6th Instant he this Informant was in the Lodge of New Gate
Prison with his Fellow Servants and that Richd Hyde< no role > came
with several others to them in the Habit of a Marine
that the Prisoner had a Cutta [..] ss in his Hand and Sayd that
Examinant was one of Akerman Thieves and that he
Prisoner wod, cut this Theoal and hill his Master that he
had no cockade in his Hald
