The Information of John Bolton< no role > of Threadneedle
Street London< no role > Upholder Who, being on Oath saith
that this day fortnight in the Afternoon, but the exact
time he cannot recollect, he this Informant saw Mr.
Russell and< no role > Mr. Ternie in Conversation together and
rather warm, and knowing them he attended to their
Conversation, & found the Dispute between them was
about what people were employed in the Defradations
then carrying on, Mr. Russell said then were Roman
Catholick amongst them which Mr. Henry doubted
Russell said that if Hernie would advance farther with
him in the Croud he would show him one at Work
Mr. Hernie declined. that and in a few Minutes
he this Informant saw Michael Martin< no role > the prisoner at the Bar at the
head of a Mob of people [..] coming from the Ruins
[..] all of them appearing in high Spirits
and said Martin having an Iron Bar in his Hand
like the Bar of a Window; Mr. Russell pointing to
Martin said there is one (Meaning a person of the
Roman Catholick< no role > Religion) I know him to be one
and call'd out to him, Martin have you charged
your Coat to pull down your own house,-Martin
look'd at Mr. Russell and said "No & went away
says that said Martins Coat was covered with Dust
and Mortar as if he had been employed in pulling
down a building.
