Saith
That on Thursday the Eighth day of June Instant about two oclock
in the afternoon William Brown< no role >
the Prisoner came into theWarehouse

of this Examinants Master in Bishopgate Street
together with another
Person (to this Examinant unknown) that the Prisoner went
through the Shop into the Ware House and stood by the
Compting House Window that Mr Daking this Examinant, Master was
then in the Compting House)that& the Prisoner with a drawn Knife in his Hand Addressed himself
to Mr Daking in the followg Words. [..] give
me a Shilling or Damn my Eyes and Limbs if I do not bring
my Men to Pull your House Down. That Mr Daking
informed the Prisoner that he did not understand what it was
for, That the Prisoner answered it was for him and his Soldiers, and
his immediate complyance would keep the Blood within his
Mouth, that Mr Daking opened the Window of his Compting House
and gave the Prisoner a Shilling that Mr. Daking seemed to
Examinant at that time to be in great Year, That the Prisoner
then went off and made as [..] Demand on the opposite side
of the Street in Sight of this Examinant which was not complied
with, and was soon afterwards taken into Custody
