One of them Prosecuting the said Jacob Jones< no role > at the proper him for that propose this Deponent
not Exactly knowing when, where, or how the same was to be Demand this Deponent conceived
that if his said Masters or either of them did prosecute the said Jacob Jones< no role > that he this Deponent had not
any thing further to do with the business And the sd Deponent both say that their omitting
Prosecute the said Jacob Jonas< no role > and not proceed from favour or Affection or any inbution to prevent
the Course of Justice from taking place against the said Jacob Jonas< no role > but Sabley from the reason
aforesaid And this Deponent Thomas Regal for himself sayth that in the said Month of Honorary
last previous to and during the time of the said Sessions he this Deponent called several times at
the house of the said Messrs. Trapp and Hickes lonemind the said Mr Hickes of the said Prosecution
and to Know what was to be done in [..] thereto that this Deponent and so the said
Robert Car< no role > Trapp non could he this Deponent Learn that any [..] Indictment was
preferred or intended so to be Otherwise he this Deponent would have [..] tend at the Old Baily
in Order to have given Evidence pursuant to his said Recognizance
