for himself Saith That
on Thursday last this Deponent was Committed
to Newgate
in Order to take his Tryall at this Present
Session and that ever since he has been so Committed
he hath Caused shirt Inquiry to be made after one

Stone Mason who is a Material
Witness for this Deponent on his Tryall in this Cause
and without whose Testimony he Cannot safely pierced
to Tryall and Saith That he to Informed by the

That she was Informed that he was gone into the
Country and into not retiring untill the Callon End of the month whichthisInformation this Deponent
