The Information of Timothy Parker< no role > and Henry Marks< no role >
taken before me this 9th.. day of July 1779

Who being upon oath severally says, and first the said Timothy Parker< no role > for
himself saith that a Servant of his yesterday Afternoon sent a Note now prod [..]
giveto him for Changein the Statethat it was then only Indorsed; that he
sent it back for the person to put his Name and place of Abode on it that that
was done and it was brought back to him in the State it now is-says that
he paid it away this Morning to Mr. Marks in part for a Silver Kitchen;
and the said Marks for himself Saith that he received the Note now produced
in the same State it now is, and carried it to Sr.. Robt. Harries< no role > and Co.
Bankers in Sr. James's Street, Says he his at No. 5 Great Ay loffe
Hurt Goodmans fields
