Hospital the next day but could not that on the sd.
Saturday Dept. carried the deced. to Mr. Crane in St.
Bartholomew's Hospital who full the deced's that
and ordered it to Took was and wasted with Branly
which was send that then Dept took him to Mr.
Ramsden the Surgeon who opened his Head, deferd it
sevl him as and on the Wednesday Morning this
Dept. carrid the deced to the Bartholomew's Hospital
where he died on Monday last the 11th inst. says the
deced on the sd. Good Friday told Dept. that his mother
in Law had some days before but named no
particular day had beat him with an House Whip

was brought there having his Head very much hurtshe

how he was so hurts answered that his Marnery meaning
his Mother in law had beat hima few days before with
the But end an House Ship because he had not got up some enough to
light the Time and on Depts asking the deced why he did not let
his Far. house of it the deced. answered that he [..] other
thereatened him, Dept. supposing that the mean that the
Wod. beat him if he did tell his Father, and Dept, says that
the deced told him that the had been beat the deced several
times before and offer in a much manner

Lidia Pewtress< no role > Widow one of the sisters belonging to St. Bartholo-
mew's Hospital Maketh Oath and saith that on the 22d april last being
the day on which the deced. was brought to a Hospital Dept making the
deced how hid Head became to hurty he answered that his mannery had
given him a Blow upon his Head with a Poter because he died not get up
soon in migh to light Hospital and Depts says that the deced died in sd Hospital
