an a dying Woman and my Leg is broke short in
two and that Mrs. Rock had justed her out of doors
and Dept. says that he heard nothing more of the
decd till sunday last when he was informed
the was dead.

Division of the the London Distill ye and lodging
with Abraham Freelove< no role > at the Greenman in the
Coal Yard in the Parish of St. Giles in the Fields in
the County of Middx maketh oath and saith that on
Wednesday Evening last he assisted in taking up the
deced who was lying on the servant in the Court before
Mrs. Rock's House one after Leg's being under her
which she said was broke and forged Mrs. Rock
with having thrown [..] or shewed her out of the
House, and the deced then said shew as a lying
Woman Prevently after which Dept. went away.

Elizabeth< no role > the Wife of the aforesd. William Ludegate< no role >
maketh Oath and saith that on Wednesday last between
9 and 10 in the Evening abchurch more between the deced
and Elizabeth Rock< no role > abt. half a Canon quater had given
to the deced the Morning of that day and Dept. on a Sudden
heard a great Noise as if the Meet Street had been shut
very hard, and prevently afterwards a Violent warning
on which Dept went out into the Corn [..] she saw the
deced lying on the Pevent. in the Kennel in the sd. Cause
one of her Legs being under her which she said was broke
and called out for [..] meaning Susannah Nappier< no role > , to
came to be assistance who seen dingly did Says she heard
the deced charge Mrs. Rock with having pushed her out of the
House and Dept. heard the deced paying she was a dying or a
dead Woman.
