The Information of
Thomas Float< no role > taken before
us Two of his Majestys
Justices of the peace for the
said County

Who being upon Oath saith that on the
29th day of May last he was Employed
as a Waterman by one Henry Johnston< no role > to Carry Two
Bags of Nails from Messieurs Crowley
and Companys Wharehouse at Coal Harbour
to Billingsgate where he was to waite
for one Mr. Nichols which he did and
when he came there he saw a Person
now present who calls himself John
Roberts
< no role > who Ordered him to take the
aforesd. Two Bags of Nails to Iron Gate
Stairs where he would meet him
This Informt. further saith that when
he came there he the said John Robert< no role >
took one of the said Bags of Nails and
a porter took the other out of his Boat
and they carried them away and the sd.
