Who being upon Oath Says that he has been his Brother the Revd .
Jas. French< no role > often write his Name, that he is well acquainted with
his Hand Writing, that he is very sure that the Name James French< no role >
signed to a Letter of Attorney now produced is not of his said
Brother's Hand writing nor at all like it
