oath of John Brind< no role > , on suspicion of stealing a brass fender, Etc. Da
ted Sept. 19, 1777.

32 Mary Gardner< no role > , from New-prison , committed by J. Gretton, Esq; on
oath of Sarah Mills< no role > , for assaulting her in a certain place called Oxford-
street , and robbing her of 1s.6d. in silver and 4d three farthings in
copper. Dated Sept. 20, 1777.

33 John Dale< no role > , otherwise John Webster Dale< no role > , from New-prison , committed by
J. Gretton, Esq; on oath of Joseph Cridland< no role > and Lucy Dale< no role > , on suspi-
cion of feloniously marrying one Ann Goodyear< no role > , in the parish church of
St. Bride , Fleet-street , in the city of London , on the 17th of January
1772, she the said Lucy Dale< no role > being aforetime, viz. on the 16th of May
1762, married to the said John Dale< no role > in the parish church of St. Edmund
the King , in the city of London . Dated Sept. 20, 1777.

Detained on oath of Ann Goodyear< no role > , otherwise Dale< no role > , otherwise Cridland< no role > ,
for feloniously marrying the said Ann Goodyear< no role > in the parish church of
St. Bridget, otherwise St. Bride , Fleet-street , in the city of London , on
the 17th day of January, 1772, his first wife, Lucy Dale< no role > , being at that
time living, and in the kingdom of Great Britain. Dated Sept. 23, 1777.

34 Ann Goodyear< no role > , otherwise Dale, otherwise Cridland, from New-prison , com-
mitted by J. Gretton, Esq; on oath of Joseph Cridland< no role > and Lucy Dale< no role > ,
for feloniously, in the parish church of St. Martin in the Fields , marry-
ing and suffering herself to be given in marriage to the said Joseph Crid-
land, she being at the same time married to one John Webster< no role > Dale, who
was then living and in the kingdom of Great Britain. Dated Sept. 22, 1777.

35 Peter Hayes< no role > , from New-prison , committed by James Townsend< no role > , Esq ;
charged on suspicion of felony, in stealing one spade and one pair of
sheers, value 3s.6d. the property of Fox Smith< no role > . Dated Sept. 23, 1777.

Bishop, Esqrs. on oath of Richard Hedger< no role > of Ruslip , on a strong suspi-
cion of burglariously breaking and entering a stable belonging to, and
used with the dwelling-house of the said Richard Hedger< no role > , and stealing 19
geese his property. Dated Sept. 25, 1777.

Detained on oath of George Weatherlye< no role > and others, for being accomplice
with Ann Rogers< no role > in stealing 9 ducks, value 10s. his property. Dated
October 2, 1777.
