of the poor of the parish of Quodgley
in the County of Gloucester

Sheweth
That by Virtue of an Order or pass Warrant under the
Hands and Seals of Sir Thomas Hallifax Knight and
John Wilkes< no role >
Esquire
two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the City of London
(One whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the fifth day of February instant
Elizabeth Smith< no role >
a Singlewoman
and her illegitimate Son named

aged seven weeks and upwards
for Nurture were removed from and out of the parish of Saint Andrew
Holborn
in the Liberty of the City of London
unto the said parish of
Quedgley in the County of Gloucester
Whereby your Petitioners
conceive themselves Aggrieved and humbly Appeal therefrom.
Your petitioners therefore humbly pray
that a Day may be Appointed for the humbly
their said Appeal and that your Worship
may make such Order in the Promises as
to your Worships shall seem just.
And your Petitioners shall ever
