two of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace
for the City of London
and the Liberties whereof (one whereof being of
the Quorum) bearing date the third day of April Instant

was removed and Conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint Dunstan in the
East
in the City of London to the said Parish of Saint Helen
as the place of
the last legal Settlement of the said

That your Petitioners Conceive themselves Aggrieved
by the said order and therefore Appeal against the
same And pray relief in the premises and that the
Benefit of the said Appeal may be saved to them And
the hearing and Determination thereof be adjourned
until the next General Session of the Peace to be
holden for the said City.
