maketh Oath and saith that the plea which she has
pleaded in Bar to the said Indictment is true and that
she is the same Person who is Indicted by the Name of
Elizabeth Wife of Robert Forrest and that she new is and
at the Time of the taking of the aforesaid Inquisition
was the Widow of George Frederic Koehler< no role > long since
deceased without this that she the said Elizabeth now
is or at the Time of the taking of the said Inquisition
was or at any Time before, then had been the Wife of the
said Robert Forrest in he the said Indictment is false
supposed
