Rebecca Moses< no role > of Woolpack Alley Houndsditch London the above named
Prosecutrix and Rebecca Vassell< no role > of the same place severally make Oath as follow
And first this Deponent Rebecca Moses for herself Saith that Moses Abrahams< no role >
and John Simmond< no role > are severally material Witnesses for her this Deponent
at the Tryal of this matter as she is informed and verily believes And that
she caused a Subpena to be taken out for the said Moses Abrahams and him
to be served with a Copy thereof in order that he might a Kend such Tryal
but finds that he the said Moses Abrahams is so very much Indisposed
that he dare not venture out of his Room without endangering his [..]
And this Deponent further Saith that she did also cause a Subpena [..]
to be taken out for the said John Simmonds to attend the Tryal of this [..]
Prosecution and has made the most Street and diligent enguiry after [..]
in order to serve him with a Copy thereof but (has not been able to fina [..]
him And this Deponent Rebecca Vassell or herself Saith that [..]
she is Sister to the abovementioned Jones Abrahams and that he [..]
is so very ill he cannot possibly venture out of his Roome without [..]
running the risque of his life
