And first this Deponent Rebecca Moses for herself Saith that Moses Abrahams< no role >
and John Simmond< no role >
are severally material Witnesses for her this Deponent
at the Tryal of this matter as she is informed and verily believes And that
she caused a Subpena to be taken out for the said Moses Abrahams and him
to be served with a Copy thereof in order that he might a Kend such Tryal
but finds that he the said Moses Abrahams is so very much Indisposed
that he dare not venture out of his Room without endangering his [..]
And this Deponent further Saith that she did also cause a Subpena [..]
to be taken out for the said John Simmonds to attend the Tryal of this [..]
Prosecution and has made the most Street and diligent enguiry after [..]
