and the Liberties thereof at their General Quarter Session
of the Peace assembled
The Humble Petition of the Church Wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Saint Martin within Ludgate in the City
of London
Sheweth
That by an Order of Pass Warrant bearing date the 16th. day
of June last
under the hands and Seals of two of His Majestys
of the Peace for the City of London and Liberties thereof (one
being of the Quorum)

seven Years and
Mary< no role >
aged four Years the Children of the late
John< no role >
and
Mary Saul< no role >
both deceased were removed from the
parish of Saint Giles without Cripplegate
in the City of London
to the said parish of Saint Martin within Ludgate
as the
place of their last legal Settlement
Your Petitioners conceiving themselves
aggrieved by the said Order or Pass
warrant humbly appeal against the
same and pray such relief in the
Premisses as to this Court shall seen
meet
And your Petitiners shall
ever pray Etc.
