has heard Armstrong say, that he sold his Whack Chetook
that to mean his part or shard of the Linen) to one Smith
who also goes by the Name of Stainers andwho is now
at the Bar-Nays that Smith lives in Bromstick
Alley, Moorfields-Armstrong told Informant, the
very day he was shot, that he had sold his Linen for a
Guinea a piece, and that he had not then get all the
Money-Informant believes Armstrong had been
returned from Transportation about an Weeks-says,
he has been at Smiths house in Broomstick Alley, only
once-and that was, when Armstrong had, just returned
Smith was not at home when Informant was there
with Armstrong, but that he called at Informants
Lodgings a few day after

And this Informant further saith that about
a fortnight or three Week after Armstrong returned
from abread, he the Informant, Armstrong, and the
Prisoner Abraham, went on a Sunday Night to a
Warehouse in Finch Lane, where he under stood that
Armstrong had opened the door with a pick lock key
before he came to Informant, and had taken some
bundles of Yarr to a House they then lived at, in an
Alley leading from Lond Alley into Moorfields-that
as Informant and Armstrong were going to this house
which was the prisoner Abrahams, they met one
Patrick Murphy< no role > , and told him there was a trifling
Affair, of a Warchouse behind the Change, and asked
him to give them a hand-Meaphy said, with all his
hart-this was about seven O'Clock in the Evening-the
Warehouse is in Threadneedle Street almost apposite
to a Courtsays, that Armstrong, Abrahams, and
Murphy went with him from Abraham's lodgings to
this WarehouseArmstrong staid without to lock
the Door after they went in-Informant and the
two others went into the Warehouse-Abrahams took
two bundles of linea Yarn, and put into each of the
three bags they had with them-the bags were
brown bagn of the same kind and colour athem now
