Parish of St. Andrew Holborn in
the City of London Tinman
Taken upon Oath before me
Joseph Girdler< no role > Esqr one of His
Majesty's Justices of the Peace in
and for the said County of
Middlesex this 14th. Day of
April 1775

This Informant upon his Oath saith
that he verily believes James Hayward< no role >
did feloniously take and carry away
one Globe Street Lamp his Property
which was taken from out of a Street
called Little New Street in the City of
London which was bought by
Alexander Macpherson< no role > of the said
James Hayward residing in Fleet
Lane in the City of London for the Sum
of one Shilling and Six Pence, and as he
verily believes he did feloniously
