Oath and Saith that he was present and did see James
Balaam< no role > in the general Release hereunto annexed mentioned
duly sign seal and as his Act and deed deliver the said
General Release and that the Mark set and subscribed
thereto is the Mark of the said James Balaam and that
the Name Jons. Shaw< no role > and Jno. Impey set and Subscribed
as Witnesses to the Execution of the said General Release
are of the several and respective hand writing of [..] Jones
Shaw and of this Deponent and that the said General
Release was Executed in the day of the date thereof
