His Majesty's Behalf Against John
Burdett
< no role > , Joshua Palmer< no role > , Samuel Riley< no role > ,
George Stanley< no role > , and John Bowen< no role > Taken
upon oath before me Joseph Girdler< no role > Esqr
one of this Majesty's Justices of the Peace
in and for the said County of Middlesex
this 31st. Day of March 1775

This Informant upon his Oath that he
in Company with the said John Burdett,
and Joshua Palmer did between the Hours of the
Twelve and one in the Morning of the 24th.
Day of November last 1774 Brake open the
House of Frances Jones< no role > Widow of Shoe Lane
in the Parish of St. Brides in the City of
London Chandler and from thence did
feloniously take and carry away from out
of a Till or Drawer about the Sum of Twelve
Shillings in Copper Moneys which said Money's
were shared between him this said Informant,
John Burdatt, and Joshua Palmer, on Saffron
Hill as they went along after the had Committed
the said Robbery. on the 28th. Day of March
Instant he this Informant in Company
with Samuel Riley, and George Stanley
went to the House of Margaret Jones< no role > Spinster
of Hatton wall Saffron Hill . in the Parish of St. Andrew
