there nor hath he been able to meet with and Subpena him
although he hath been at Lewisham and enquired there after the
said Thomas London< no role > and used the utmost Diligence so to do
but from the Intelligence he hath received this Deponent verily
believes the said Thomas London will be mett with and
subpenned so as to be produced and give him Testimony for and on
behalf of the other Deponent at the next Session
