Detained on oath of William Bell< no role > , John Cordy< no role > , and others, for feloniously
receiving a watch, the property of the said William Bell< no role > , knowing it to
be stolen. Dated Oct. 5, 1774.

Fielding,
< no role > Knt . on oath of Patrick Connor< no role > and another, on suspicion of
stealing 10 shirts, Etc. his property. Dated Oct. 3, 1774.

Detained on oath of Patrick Connor< no role > and another, for knowingly, and de-
signedly, pawning 8 shirts, entrusted with her to wash, she not being em-
ploy'd or authoriz'd by the said Patrick Connor< no role > the owner thereof so to do
against the statute, whereby the said Elizabeth Thane, hath forfeited the
sum of 20s and being demanded to pay the same, refused so to do; is to
be kept to hard labour for the space of 14 days. Dated Oct. 5, 1774.
