The humble Petition and
Appeal of the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint
Mary White Chapel in the County of
Middlesex

Sheweth

That by a Warrant or order under the
Hands and Seals of the Right Honourable William Nash< no role >
Esqr . Lord Mayor of the City of London and Thomas Hall< no role > [..]
Esqr . two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace in and for the City
of London (One whereof is of the Quorum) bearing date the thirty
first day of August One Thousand and Seven hundred and Seventy two
William Thompson< no role > was Removed from the Parish of Saint
Andrew Undershaft , London to the said Parish of Saint Mary White
Chapel in the said County of Middlesex as the Place of his last
legal Settlement

Your Petitioners conceiving
themselves aggrieves by the said Order
of Removal Do humbly Appeal to
this Court against the same praying
such Relief in the Premises as to this
Court shall seem meet

And Your Petitioners shall ever
pray Etc
